TRAINING AND CONSULTING
No one can guarantee a safe work environment, there just simply is no "Silver Bullet". However, most crime prevention experts will emphasize the value and importance of developing and maintaining an engaged and security conscious staff.
To that end, and because we live and work in very dynamic environments facing unpredictable challenges, we must be ever cognizant of our surroundings, consistently practice safe smart habits and learn to respect our intuition when it signals trouble.
FORCE OPTIONS offers on site workplace violence prevention training and consulting that is tailored to meet the needs of your organization, your staff and your workplace environment.

"Preparation Not Paranoia"
This workshop focuses specifically on your staff, their sense of safety, situational awareness and their ability to control themselves and respond to a variety of situations that may range from angry patrons to the most violent behavior.
This fundamental element of safety training defines and promotes cognitive skill sets and appropriate responses that can be applied in given circumstances. This is the bedrock of our training program.
These are on site, face to face, training experiences that are engaging, interactive and thought provoking.
Our "Eyes Wide Shut" workshop is an examination of workplace violence from several key perspectives. We explore the potential impact on your people and your business, we look at the offenders and their behaviors and we discuss what preventative measures and intervention concepts organizations might consider to deter the potential for incidents of workplace violence.
Like all of our workshop presentations, this is a very engaging, interactive and thought provoking experience for our participants.
The U.S. Department of Labor claims over 2 million acts of reported workplace violence occur each year in this country. Although some professions may be more prone to such acts, no one and no place is immune.
We offer strategic workplace violence prevention consultation that can assist in the development of an organizational plan, the implementation of that plan or the review of an existing plan providing your team with an independent perspective and assessment.
Our mission is to prepare your organization to avoid or prevent incidents of workplace violence if at all possible while training your staff to respond to such acts if necessary. Some key factors in accomplishing these goals include the true commitment of an organizations leadership, a solid workplace violence safety plan and an engaged and well trained workforce.
These services can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization.
